During or after a Teams meeting, Copilot can provide a summary of important decisions and actions.
- During: Open Copilot in the meeting and it will take notes automatically.
- After: go to the “Summary” tab of the meeting, select Copilot, then “Summarize meeting”.
You can adjust granularity or target a specific section of the meeting for greater precision.
3. Optimize e-mail management in Outlook
Copilot offers drafts based on suggestions or customized instructions. For example:
- Suggest a call
- Request more information
- Responding to a complaint
- Describing a product or service
Copilot can also automatically insert context-sensitive e-mail templates to speed up your responses.

Copilot can generate graphs, pivot tables, formulas and even use Python for advanced analysis.
